- Leland from Nashville, Tennessee
"Thanks for the great content on important and informative issues. I first listened to April 2007 What would Muhammad think? I loved the discussion and sided with Dr Peterson, however it was a lively discussion. Got me converted to your show on the web. I am a student in international affairs and value the program. Keep it up!"
- Kim from Gold Coast Queensland, Australia
"I now commute 1 hour to Princeton, NJ every morning. I drive from 7am - 8am which is perfect timing for your show. I just love it!! I look for you every morning but you are not on every day. At least I have you some of the week. Your guests are fascinating, the chat is great and I want more!!"
- Cindy from Morris Plains, New Jersey
"I at one time was in fostercare. My parents gave me up to the state of florida i think when i was about 3. i never had a real family going from home to home just angry at the world and yes my parents for what they did (yes i am white). I guess why i was put in different homes no one could handle me. i never really new my parents the state of FL. didn't want to help me get in contact with them they said that it would not be in my best interest, but some day i will find someone that knows of them and will tell me something. if not well it wasn't meant to be. it does hurt some times not knowing? well thats all i wanted to say, thanks for your show i'm glad i was able to listen to it.
- Rich from Great Falls, Montana
"
I enjoy your show so much that I added your
web site to my favorites. I find that the questions
you ask your guests are well thought out and intelligent.
Your show is very refreshing."

Texas
"I heard your interview with Dirck Halstead
today on XM's sonic theatre. This was the first
time I have heard your show, and I loved every minute
of it. I was not at all familiar with yor guest
until today, but will surely look deeper into his
work. Thank you for bringing such an interesting
piece to the table. Your new listener, Tim... "
"What Would Muhammad Do?" with Peterson
& Spencer was informative, excellent, Great
MG Show. Too bad Armstrong declined........."
- Michael, USA
"Re: Show on Muhammad. Fabulous. Kudos. Best
from Lucy T"
- Lucy from Hastings
on Hudson, New York
"I enjoyed the Spencer - Petersen discussion.
More people in the US need to hear that jihadists
base their violent actions on their religion, Islam,
and the prospects of reforming Islam are virtually
nil."
- Dan from
Houston, Texas
"I've heard your show 3 times now and I'm
hooked. I especially liked the show on Autism last
week. I'm a long haul truck triver along with my
husband. We wouldn't survive without XM radio. Thank
you."
- Cheryl
M. from America's Highways, USA
"Just finished listening to the show. Wow!
Incredibly powerful, both segments. I had intended
to listen at home, but I couldn't stop, gripped
by Pete Early's story and his reading from 'Crazy'.''
- Meredith
from Bethesda, Maryland
"I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed
listening to your Nov 2004 interview with George
Friedman (Author: America's Secret War). I found
it on your website. That may be one of the most
insightful and informative interviews I've ever
heard. Absolutely fascinating...and you did a great
job walking him through your questions."
-
Mike from Bountiful, Utah
"I just heard your interview of Fawaz Gerges.
Wow!! I don't listen to radio or watch TV (I would
if there were more shows like yours, though). Anyway,
I think you are great, and I passed the link to
all my friends. I will check your show web site
on a regular basis from now on. Best of luck."
-
Jeff from Waco, Texas
"Thank you!! I found the interview
with Mario............I love him!!! I heard
about your show through Mario's website, and I'd
like to let you know you've gained another listener.
We need to support each other. Thanks again and
I'll be listening from Boston."
-
Anna from Boston, MA
"I thought your Phyllis Chessler
interview was very interesting. I was left with just
one question, how did the Hindu's get off the hook?
I think bride burning is fairly well established in
India. What made Ms. Chessler avert her eyes to that
atrocity? Could it be that India not a threat to Israel?
Using feminism to tacitly justify war is deplorable.
People like Chessler need to wake up and smell the
crude oil. We are not in Iraq to liberate women, or
protect Israel for that matter. Iraq will be run by
Iranians in 6 months, so long as they are willing
to sell their oil through Haliburton. Phyllis Chessler's
comments are inflamatory, irresponsible and clearly
biased. She is, in point of fact, guilty of anti-semitic
rhetoric herself. Arabs are semites!"

James from Richmond, VA
"I checked out your web site,
which is great. I would love to see LA's public radio
pick up your show. ... we more need "talk"

I hope you reach the West coast soon."
-
Whitney from Los Angeles, CA
"I heard your show last night
(Oct. 16) on XM Radio and was riveted by it! It was
one of the best talk shows I'd heard on radio. Please
contact KUNC in Greeley/Fort Collins Colorado to get
them to carry it."

“I heard your superb show on
domestic violence on XM Public Radio. It's so refreshing
to discover a radio program that explores a critically
important and underreported issue with such clarity
and depth.”
-
Morey from Portsmouth, New Hampshire
“Your show isn't talk radio
as usual or more of the same. It's lively, it's smart,
it's a long-awaited alternative for public radio addicts
like me."
-
Eric from Alexandria, Virginia
“Mimi is the same league as
Diane Rehm. I signed up for your e-mail newsletter

I think independent shows such as Focal Point do a
great service in improving the discourse of on-air
talk.”
-
James from Alexandria, Virginia
“Just finished listening to
the interview w/Kristin Ohlson. Excellent! I found
it to be a really well balanced interview which contained
a nice mixture of Kristin's own religious background
& struggle, the history of the Poor Clares, interesting
tidbits about the community, and some of the issues
the community is faced with today. Your questions
hit all bases. Thanks for such an informative piece
of reporting! I just may go out and buy a few more
copies of the book to give as Christmas presents!
Also, I think I may try to pick a few more subjects
from your archives and listen to the interviews. I'm
glad to be introduced to your show!”
-
Leslie from Bethesda, Maryland
“Hi Mimi and company. Thank you for doing a
show about the Sudan. As you know, many in the south
Sudan are concerned about being wiped out by the north.
The struggle between Christians and Muslims will unfortunately
continue.”
-

-
Caroline from Springfield, Virginia
